The registrations for the 2nd Joint Colloquium (JoCo) of IAA Sections – JoCo 2025 are officially OPEN!

JoCo 2025 will be a unique opportunity for actuaries from around the globe to come together and explore the theme of "Actuaries in Sustainability". This colloquium will bring together members of IAA Sections, as well as actuaries from Brazil and worldwide, to discuss the latest research and actuarial challenges in the context of sustainability.

At JoCo 2025, you will have the chance to delve into how the actuarial profession is deeply connected to the concept of sustainability in diverse contexts – from financial sustainability and climate change concerns to resilience in the financial sector and the well-being of global populations. This event will address the evolving role of actuaries in these areas, touching on topics such as risk assessment, pricing, product development, data analytics, and ethical considerations.
